§ 32-187. Penalties.

(a)

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be fined as follows:

1st Offense	$ 50.00
2nd Offense	250.00
3rd Offense	500.00

(b)

A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
