§ 32-93. Motorcycle owner or operator held responsible for failure of others to wear required headgear.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any motor-driven cycle to allow any other person to ride upon such motor-driven cycle, whether as operator or passenger, in violation of section 32-92.
